Responsible for all equipment's availability, Pre delivery inspection checks.
· Performed thorough quality and safety checks, ensuring all specifications were strictly adhered to.

· Field Service planning and monitoring the complaints and analyzing the issues to improve further in our products.
· Direct focal point for customers for maintenance issues.
· Preparing all PMS plan for after sales equipment's(Generators, Light towers, Compressors, Forklift, Welding Machines)
· Dealt with customer complaints and rectified product and service issues.
· Managed staff routines planning workloads effectively and strategically.
· Preparing monthly Sales/ Service productivity of the machines and report it to the management
· Worked with all type of controllers in Deepsea(8610, 7510, 8810, )
· Inspecting every equipment which is received after the contract or breakdown and make receiving report as per the inspection(Generators, Light towers, Compressors)
· Maintained documents and records to comply with internal policies and external regulations.
· Increased team productivity through effective staff planning, coordination and task delegation.
· Managed daily planning of workplace operations, clearly communicating targets to staff for smooth operations
•Develop PLC Programming by using SIEMENS S7 system.
•PLC specification including configuration of digital and analog I/O.
•Troubleshooting automated machine systems
•Panel designing and panel wiring.
•Trouble shooting the error in field bus system (Profibus).
•DCS Operations and sending command to the field.
•SCADA and HMI planning, configuration and programming
•Machine control circuitry and motor control design including safety circuits.
