• Assisted manager in all the activities which includes Electrical Installation, Commissioning, Energization up to Handover project to the Client; and overall construction of the project.

• Looked after the entire project engineering activities such as design proposal and approval, material procurement, cost control and monitoring, vendor and sub-contracting management, client approval, resources management, schedule preparation, safety regulations and contractual requirements.

• Continues following of cost-effective procedure by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.

• Scheduling, coordinating the assigned engineering projects. Including arrangements of Spares and Training to Client and Vendor.

• Installation and erection of MV, LV electrical equipment’s such as GIS, Power Transformers, Auxiliary Transformers, Capacitor Banks, Shunt Reactor, MV-LV panels, Battery charger panels & Battery Banks. Co-coordinating in Cable routing and Termination works.

• Direct the site construction activity, documentation complying with the client’s requirements. Also carried out Documentation before Energization and Punch list clearance of various department at site and approval.

• Supervise all the activities at substation projects as per the client’s requirement in concern to its progress complying with the prescribed time frame and excellent work quality under the safety measures.

• Assisted Project manager in all the activities and overall construction of the project, responsible for the EPC projects including Civil, Mechanical, E&I.

• Looked after the entire EPC project, design approval, material procurement, cost control and monitoring, vendor and sub-contracting management, client approval, resources management, schedule preparation and approval.

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

• Planning and execution for the Maintenances and Shutdowns on urgent basis with project team and clients. Obtain all necessary permits.

• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites. Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.

• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner.

• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

• Administer efficient working of all field staff and participate in all meetings with contracts and evaluate progress on regular basis.

• Supervise efficient working of all construction specifications and ensure compliance to all record drawings and monitor monthly payment to contractors.

• Manpower planning with perfect estimation of time frame considering the activities and client’s requirement.

• Ensure that all works complied with client / contractor issued drawing, applicable standards and specification

• Erection and Installation of GIS, Power Transformers, Auxiliary Transformers, Capacitor Banks, Shunt Reactor, MV-LV panels, Battery charger panels & Battery Banks. Co-coordinating in Cable routing and Termination works. Co-coordinating in Testing and Commissioning stages etc.

• Carried out Documentation before Energization and Punch list clearance of various department at site and approval.

• Remote end modification works and the retrofit work.
