going for physical cargo inspection (AVOP pass holder).
• Review all customer documents for commercial and operational

• Set and manage internal timelines to ensure efficient timely
responses for each Customers/ Overseas Agents.
• Communicating with customers regarding orders, pricing, and
transportation.
• Sending shipment pre alerts to concerned
• Accurate & timely job costing, Billing and dispatch of invoices to
customer
• Conduct post-mortem analysis of customer provided feedback forRFQ.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with Airlines / ShippingLines/
NVOCC and other vendors.
• Provide pricing and solutions to internal colleagues and externalclients.
• Work internally with Customer Service Team to support preparation
for customer reviews, maintain market competitivepricing, and to retain
and expand business.
• Arrange bookings with airlines/Charter Desk/shipping lines & liaise
with transport desk to arrange pick-up & delivery of shipments
• Provides complete billing details, costing to Billing Support within agreed
KPIs/SOPs
