Manages all human resources and payroll function, handles workers’ compensation and benefit plans, Key contact regarding human resources matters for over 490 direct employees.
Recruitment: Handling entire recruitment and onboarding process. Coordinating with Manpower agencies for Hiring, Posting job advertisement in portals, Issuing Offer Letter for selected candidates - Conducting company orientation
Payroll Management: Checking monthly Attendance, Processing payroll through HRMIS system - Checking deduction, updating bank details of employee for salary transfer.
Attendance Management: Registering employees with Bio metric system and maintain daily attendance, recording absent and sick leave.
Annual Vacation Management: Processing employee’s vacation request and issuance of travel ticket as per entitlement- Maintaining leave records - Processing leave.
Exit Process: Processing resignation letter, Conducting exit interview, Issuing NOC for local transfer - Processing final settlement
HR Administration: Maintaining employee database, Employment contract preparation - Contact renewal - Termination of employment.
Visa Process: Applying for new visa - Visa Transfer - Visa Cancellation - Visa Renewal.
Responsible for government mandated benefits such as LMRA, GOSI invoice/statement
Employee Grievance: Handling employee related issue - Issuing warning letter & Termination letter - Counselling the employee.
Office Administration: Manages office equipment, fixtures and other fixed assets at company premises
Vehicle Management: Maintain and update Company's Vehicle Master List and follow-up for renewal of Vehicle License and Vehicle Insurance.
Lease Agreements: Maintain and update rental and lease agreements List for Office and accommodations and follow-up for its renewals.
HR Budget: Responsible for preparing monthly HR budget and submit for Fund request to Finance department
Staff Accommodation: Handling three staff accommodation, responsible for room arrangement & other requirements - Accommodation Maintenance

Medical Insurance: - Responsible for issuing medical insurance card and renewals.
