Responsible to the day to day running of the store including, sales
forecasting, effective scheduling.
Maintaining high operational standards to ensure the store is efficiently
managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints.
Overseeing stock control and receiving orders. Maintain inventory by
implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and
supplies.
Responsible to coaching and disciplining employees as well as recruiting
and training employees.
