 Negotiate LNG tolling agreement and LNG plant shareholders’ agreement.
 Cooperate with finance department to define the Tolling Fee that crucially impacted the netback calculation of the concession agreements and the recovery of the LNG plant investments.
 Participate at the LNG plant funding negotiations in the Finance Committee.

 Evaluate alternative solutions for building dedicated ships in the Caspian Sea.

 Develop Memorandum of Understanding and Host Government Agreements.
 Manage relationship with partners.
 Support economic, commercial, financial and legal evaluations.
 Progress negotiations with regional rail operators.
 In the context of the North Caspian PSA, multiple routes to markets heavily impacted netback calculations. Support studies to manage distortions in the netback calculation due to multiple routes with different transportation costs.

 This experience introduced me to international negotiations gaining knowledge over: upstream PSAs and midstream agreements; managing relationship with stakeholders; carrying out economic, commercial, financial and legal evaluations. Main hurdle in the negotiations was to manage parties’ conflicting interests.
