Leading the Transformation office to prioritize, deliver and govern the digital and technology portfolio. In parallel, supporting the business in creating an optimized operating model aimed to achieve corporate’s ambition and minimize waste.
Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for change management aspects of training, change and communications for the I&DD Strategy initiatives.
• Continuously assess the team’s skill, knowledge and capability requirements to support the delivery on the portfolio of Projects and Tasks.
• Team member resource allocation tracking to know what projects and tasks team members are working on, their allocation and availability for new work and pipeline of work to ensure the team’s appropriate utilization.
• Ensure timely, cost effective and targeted development and staff sourcing strategies and actions are applied to address any identified gaps within the team.
• Ensure strong business cases / benefits assessment are being developed for initiatives c/w backup, stakeholder input, success metrics, proper review & approvals to help focus priorities and strong ROI
• Work with governance and assurance groups to ensure PMO related activities are in compliance to corporate standards.
• Develop and comply with relevant corporate reporting requirements.
• Lead, drive, celebrate, recognize strong behaviours associated with Company’s values and purpose and strategic direction of the I&DD group.
