Business Plan and Feasibility Review of Lusail City, Qatar
Responsibilities:
-Conduct feasibility studies including development of financial models and forecasts, according to clients' business and market dynamics.
-Develop business plans for new businesses as well as expansion projects and present recommendations to clients while ensuring that clients receive assistance in execution.
- Identify new initiatives & investment opportunities and determine the Group’s financing avenues
- Analyze and evaluate new investment avenues by quantifying key factors and revenue sources
- Carry out feasibility studies and quantifying new ventures in terms of IRR and payback, identify key risks and possible mitigations
- Build financial models including budgeted financial statements and valuations to facilitate decision making
- Perform detailed factor analysis to improve ratios and margins
- Present investment recommendations internally to the HOH Governing Board and the companies’ Board
- Laying out the foundation and execution plans for the new business
* Execute feasibility studies and identify minimum requirements for expansion in UAE, UK and Canada.
* Cultivate strategic partnerships, through acquisitions and collaborations, to achieve sustainable growth in EBITDA.
* Implement a HUB-Model to explore new markets and optimize procedures.
* Perform technical analysis and build required simulation models for expansion.
* Analyze category and region wise sales trends, costs and GP margins of a portfolio worth PKR 15 billion.
* Supervise finance department's newsletter and corporate dashboard.

* In-charge of monthly financial reporting worth USD 2 million
* Conduct cross-functional performance analysis, identifying issues and drafting solutions.
* Coordinate with company's legal council (USA) to manage legal aspects of contracts and taxation.

* Implement OpenERP Finance & HR module for company clients.

* Reconcile individual and group premiums of PKR 740 million Equity Company
* Calculate investment gains and reconcile investments booked.

* Developed a live case on International Industries Limited (INIL), including in-depth cross-functional analysis
and departmental evaluation across the organization.

* Managing a crowd fund since 2011, currently valued at PKR 3.5 million:
1. Analyzing equity investments with prospects of growth and sustainable growth in Karachi Stock Exchange.
2. Making investment strategies that optimize returns for my investors.
