lecturer and chemical Engineering department head.
As a process Engineer, my role was to control the smooth and steady operation of the plant. this requires, controlling the operators & workers under my control, auditing raw material availability & products dispatch. designing modification on transporting system, product storage, diversification of product.
As a lecturer, I have 4 years teaching experience in chemical engineering. I have served as a department head for a year and a half also. I have taught coal mining technology & solid fuels for 3rd-year students, Plant design & economics, and chemical engineering Apparatus design courses for 4th-year students.
I'm also a member of Ethiopian CHemical Engineers' Society executing committee and serving as public officials.
Now, I Ph.D. researcher in Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. I'm doing research in Process optimization, specifically in crude oil, water, and energy integration and networking.
i graduated my MSc. degree from addis Ababa institute of Technology which is under Addis Ababa University. My final master Thesis won, 2014 Ethiopian Science & technology best Award.
