Job Description
1. Initiate the company & client's policy for the control of injury, damage and fire.
2. Carry out site surveys to see that only safe working methods are in operation that health and safety requirements are being observed, and welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
3. Keep up to date with recommended codes of practice and safety literature. Circulate information applicable to each level of employees.
4. Foster within the company an understanding that injury prevention and damage control are an integral part of business and operational efficiency.
5. Conducting safety training for all construction personnel in safe working practices.
6. Ensure that all new employees were given job orientation training on initial posting and are made awareness of the hazards pertinent to their work.

Job Description
1. Educating all the employees on basic site HSE Rules & Regulations
2. Facilitate in the implementation of project HSE plan.
3. Implement strictly the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E) while working or performing their job at the site area.
4. Maintaining absolute safety while performing hot works, compressed gas cylinder safety.
5. Developing safety posters, signs, slogans, bulletins, etc and distributing.
6. Maintain records of accidents and incidents including detail analysis of each injury and damage.
7. Coordination of inspection of lifting equipment and routine inspection of above at worksite.
8. Daily monitoring of the scaffold installed and updated weekly the scaffold tag to ensure that they follow company procedure particularly the installation / erection and dismantling of the scaffold.
9. Ensure Permit to Work system is being implemented for Confined Space and Hot works etc,
10. Conduct investigations of accidents, implement effective & corrective measures to eliminate workplace risk and prevent reoccurrence of accidents.

Job Description
1. Perform full time and continuing safety coverage/monitoring at work sites to ensure compliance of work force.
2. Familiar with the project-specific established emergency procedure and ensure that the same is fully conveyed to site employees in my respective area of coverage.

Job Description
1. Encourage and advise all project personnel regarding safe working practices and to develop safety consciousness among them

9. Inspection of all work site and communication of corrective measures to the management by daily site safety inspection report
10. Ensure Tool Box Talk carried out on weekly basis by site Supervisors and maintain records by having employees signature and date thereof.
Attend, check and repair or trouble shoot defective machineries in our work areas assigned.Monitor all machines and equipments to avoid or prevent bigger damages that may encounter.
Monitor concrete mix from the batching plant to the desired concrete mix design going to the construction site.Attend compression tests of concrete mix samples to the designed curing time.
