• Conducted Technical Assessment of all ECG Primary Substation and Bulk Supply Point Assets.
• Improvement in power reliability by performing pre-commissioning testing and commissioning of ECG Primary Substations.
• Improvement in power system availability by effectively doing maintenance, investigate system disturbances and implement corrective actions in Protection Systems in ECG Primary Substations.
• Perform Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
• Proficient user of test equipment such as VIOLA VLF Tester, OMICRON CPC 100, OMICRON CMC 356 Test Set, OMICRON CT Analyzer, Megger MIT525 and ISA-DRTS64 Test Set. Some major works / projects accomplished: Project Manager of Hertz Engineering Limited (Obuasi Site) that installed MV Panels and performed Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) on both surface (Substations: 1, 2, 5, Blackies & Cat300) and underground (Substations 29Lvl, 32Lvl, 35Lvl, 41Lvl, 43Lvl & 44Lvl) substations in AngloGold Ashanti - Obuasi.

Led other Hertz Engineering Ltd Team to perform MV Cable Testing for both surface and underground substations. Was part of a team of Engineers who carried out pre-commissioning testing of the 33/1 1kV Saltpond, Assin-Fosu, Aseibu, Asawinso BSP, Asankragua, Juaboso, Awaso, Meridian-Tema, Kumasi Airport C, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital substations. Was part of a team of Engineers who carried out maintenance, investigate system disturbances and implement corrective actions at Chirano Mines, Akyempim Mines, Newmont Mines and Genser Energy. Have carried out over 250no. relays maintenance yearly for the past six (6) years. Investigated many mal-functioning of protection systems during faults. Investigated and provided suggestions on many system disturbance reports (SDR) in both 33kV and 11kV networks.

• Participated in BICP Helios Stratergia presentation and training on PV types to be used in Navrongo.
• Using of software to design Renewable Energy Projects (HOMER and RETScreen).

• Conducted Energy Management and Audit for GHACEM -Tema to stabilise energy utilisation.
• Improvement in the plants productivity by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical machinery.
• Improvement in the plant availability by troubleshooting faults in electrical equipment and circuits.
• Installation of electrical panels and instrument in the factory like frequency convertors, soft starters and level sensors.
