carry out all mechanical jobs such as, plant equipment daily routine check (e.g.pumps, compressors, turbines, heaters, fin fans, vessels, ), installations, alignment, overhauling, troubleshooting and repair.Replacement of worn out parts also make a technical recomendation related on the equipment status.supervise weak skilled worker at the worksite perform other duties as instructed by my superiors.
responsible in maintenance of the following equipments, boilers, pumps, steam turbines, compressors, heat exchangers, fin fans, cooling towers.carry out overhauling, alignment, installations, repairs, replacement of worn out parts.perform other duties as instructed by my superiors.
carry out full supervision at the worksite ensure all workers under my responsibility are followed safety rules.Responsible for the installations of water filtration system, demineralized water plant, wastewater treatment plant.Troubleshoot process operation, piping lay-out, erections of tanks, pumps & motor installations, alignments, and comissioning.
carry out troubleshooting, alignment of rotating & static equipments, responsible for the maintenance of the followings, boilers, pumps, compressors, cooling towers, pipelines heat exchangers, vessels, fabrications of skid, platforms and other welding jobs as required necessary.
installation of pumps, & motors, erection of vessels and tanks including alignments.responsible for all welding jobs related in mechanical works.
• Responsible for the Lay-out and Cutting, Fit-up &welding, Structural and Pipings erection, Fabrication of Tanks, Pumps Skid Platforms, and other plate works, StainlessHopper, Pipingsupport, Pipespools, MeteringCuts, Elbows and Bends as per general arrangement and isometric.
