•Handling the entire Out Of Country Pay(OOCP) globally
•Handled development of OOCP application independently
•Preparation & release of the allowance of revision letter to onsite employees
•Global payroll inputs to the payroll team
•Global payroll audit
•Handling employee queries wrt to OOCP & onsite pay of the employees
•Reviewing, approving & maintaining database any special allowance or any retention pay approved to onsite employees
•Preparing and reviewing of the allowance structure periodically.
•Computation and maintenance of any extra Hours/adhoc payments made to the onsite employees.
•Handling Indian Deputes, Sales, Technical Hires, Contractors & onsite support databases.
•Renewal & Extension of contract for onsite contractors
•Preparation of Sales conversion, allowance & target revision letters
•Handled Domestic Increment & Annual Incentive payout exercise
