• Prepared acceptable baseline project schedule in collaboration with Design & Construction Managers
• Prepared a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Project Organizational Charts.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including varying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendor and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Monitored and update project progress on a routine basis against established scope, schedules and budgets
• Prepares progress S-curves, manpower histogram, cash flow histogram and resource utilization charts.
• Preparation of Revised Schedules, Monitoring of the Construction Activities from Time to Time
• Identified critical activities and schedule variances that will put key milestone dates at risk and proposed remedial action plans.
• Printed 3 Weeks Look Ahead With Columns To Indicate Remaining Duration And Issue Standardized Performance Reports On EV, SPI, CPI, ETC And EAC
• Attend meeting with client and consultant for issues concerning variation or scope changes and foster time extension in the process
• Responsible in developing and monitoring a detail construction and procurement schedule
• Preparation, Review and Evaluation of Tenders Schedules and Contract Documents before Submissions. Review & Evaluation of Schedules received from Sub-Contractor(s), Production of the Tender Reports with reference to Time Schedule.
• Identifies Project stakeholders and meeting up with their demands requirements
• Advise percentage progress of work to the commercial team and collaborate with them to advise value of work done for invoicing.
• Review and analyze schedule performance against baseline to identify slippages and variances.
• Prepare project progress report for internal management on weekly and monthly basis in full compliance with client’s requirement
