regulations.
* Prepared, reviewed and approved materials, documents and modifications and
recommend alternatives as needed.
* Coordinated projects with other departments outside agencies, contractors, consultants
and authorities.
Leading a team of 10 members in the Maintenance trouble shooting and servicing of
equipment (electrical power generators from 500 watt to 500KVA, bar bending
machines, bar cutting machines, concrete mixers and other building equipment
working at different sites.
* Responsible for physical delivery and receipt of equipment (Sales as well as hire).
* Handle all customer complaints and providing the customer with the best overall
levels of services.
* Order spare parts supplies to ensure proper inventory and assist with purchase
requisitions.
* Plan and organize for distribution of tasks for service/maintenance team.
* Physical inventory reconciliation (maintain and update inventory record)
* Prepare documents for hire as well as maintenance contracts.
* Explain products, services, prices and answer questions from potential customers
perform various administrative/ Secretarial duties.
Estimating needs of Generators Installation procedure (load study, cable works,
human resources and working tools.
* Preparing and calculating requirements of electrical works for commercial and
domestic utilities.
* Executing technical works within generator installation procedure.
* Executing low voltage network cabling of different electrical equipment (MMCBs,
ELCBs, MCBs, Relays, Contactors, motors, A.c, lighting….) domestic and commercial.
* Generators maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Perform supervisory duties such as recommending work assignments.

* Train and guide project engineers and Team for better achieving project goal and
requirements .
* Manage project resources in the best way possible.
* Manage Material, Manpower, communications as follows :
* Manage Project Material usage and forecasting based on project expected needs and stage .
* Manage the manpower responsibilities and awareness of the various requirements (training,
coordination material usage and communications and tasks program etc…).
* Manage Project Communications with client, Consultant, main contractor, suppliers, etc..
