• Responsible for leading on specific projects and ensures the projects are completed on time and in accordance with the project plan.
• To develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate effective project plans to ensure objectives are met.
• To troubleshoot, develop and instigate recovery plans if the project is not running according to plan.
• To effectively train, develop and manage the teams to ensure they are able to carry out their specific tasks, and to monitor their progress and effect remedial solutions when, and if, required.
• To manage and control the expenditure ensuring it remains within limits.
• Working across all sites if required, liaise with other external organizations and undertake flexible working arrangements to meet project demands.
• Quality Assurance & Performance Management.
• Project Planning, Analysis and Reporting.
• Managing Resources/Staff.

Design and Project Engineer :
o Managing Projects to achieve their objectives within the budget and time limits.
o Design & Engineering of Control Systems.
o Making the complete design of BMS projects including DGPs, MCCs panels & field devices selection.
o Executing the Projects from A to Z, This includes:

- Doing the Site Survey.

- Generate the Input/Output summary based on the site survey, the specifications and the requirement.
-
Making the control panels design based on the generated Input/Output summary .
- Selecting the field devices based on the specifications and the requirements.
- Generate the Bill Of Quantities ( BOQ ) table based on the control panels design and the selection of the field devices.

- Placing the orders for suppliers & follow up material delivery.

- Supervision of the installation.

o Have a good Knowledge and Experience in the following systems:
1- BMS System.
2- RMS System.
3- CCTV System.
4- Access Control System.
5- EIB System.
6- Public Address System (PAS) and Voice Alarm System (VAS).
7- Digital Intercom System.
8- Metering, Sub-Metering and Billing Systems.

o Got a training from GE (General Electric) for their PLC’s, PAC’s, HMI’s and SCADA which includes the Designing, Device Selection and Programming.

• Have a good working knowledge in:
o BACnet Bus Protocol.
o LON Bus Protocol.
o N1, N2 Buses Protocols.
o M-Bus Protocol.
o EIB Bus Protocol.
o NETxAutomation Products.
o MS Word, Excel, Visio.
o PLC, PAC, HMI, SCADA

Commissioning and Application Engineer :

1- Checking the control panels of the low current systems .
2- Checking the field devices and make calibration if required.
3- Checkning the connection between the control panels and the field device.
4- Making the required softawre to run the low current system as required by the client or as our recommendation.

Have a good Knowledge and Experience in the following systems:
BMS System ( Johnoson Controls, Distech Controls ).
CCTV System : Pelco.
Access Control System : Johnson Controls.
Metering System : ABB.
