Tasks/Achievements/Roles/Responsibilities:
•Achieving the targeted productivity on the Line by manage all production line functions and resources to meet quality, cost, and schedule.
•Ensure production KPIs & Targets are met safely and within standard quality.
•Ensure compliance to GMP, Standard procedures and Quality norms.
•Reduced equipment downtime by performing routine maintenance inspections on equipment and identify breakdown problems.
•Collect machine performance data and demonstrate preventive maintenance in action for key part in utilities, auxiliaries and the main machine.
•Succeed the production process in startup plant and developing it by solving problems and taking appropriate action.
