Member of the Microsoft word wide legal team, acting as a key partner to business and overseeing legal, compliance and corporate affairs with main responsibilities including handling the following tasks, with a special focus on cutting edge technology issues, IT and telecom related regulations, such as IT laws, privacy laws, data sovereignty, data location, telecommunication and data processing agreements. Managing litigation, dispute settlement activities and legal negotiations. Supporting a wide array of commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, and providing advice across a broad range of subject matters including issues related to IT and telecom law, competition law, marketing, intellectual property, commercial law, labor law, governmental regulations and applicable regulatory matters. Handling the primary responsibility for ensuring compliance of personnel with all relevant laws as well as with Microsoft policies. Managing local IP enforcement activities, litigation, and investigations; Representing Microsoft in all courts, judicial committees and managing external lawyers and external forums on legal, regulatory, investigative and similar issues; Serving as a primary interface between Microsoft and senior government officials on policy and legal matters. In addition to other administrative and budgeting activates.

Directing the development of in-house legal system and processes that can protect the company against all legal implications. Provide general corporate and commercial legal, IPO and regulatory advice. Contribute draft, amend and negotiate contracts. Oversees the management of various litigation and dispute settlement activities and lead legal negotiations. Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures. Manage Investigation of employee’s malpractices and misconducts. Legal risk management. Instruct and Manage external legal consultants. Recruit, develop and motivate staff. Ensures that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurate manner. Other budgeting activities.

Contracts drafting, negotiating and auditing. Tenders activities including RFP drafting, pricing, releasing, quotation analysis, negotiating and credence. Litigation and administrative handling and advising, project audit management, analysis and reporting, risk management activities.

Affording legal advice. Litigating and handling diverse disputes. Drafting, negotiating and modifying diverse contracts. Establishing and modifying diverse forms of local and foreign entities including IPO and other legal activities.

Affording legal advice on banking matters as well as handling banking disputes.
