- E-Commerce Product Content Specialist:

• Managing over 100, 000+ SKUs on the website and application with all the related data
• Meeting with the Commercial and Marketing departments regarding the upcoming items creation for any new
events on weekly basis
• Implementing the quality assurance process for the new items creation including the titles, features, images and
videos for both English and Arabic languages based on the E-Commerce requirements
• Managing the photoshooting process with the photography team regarding the new items creation
• Managing the new items creation videos with the Marketing department to be ready for publishing
• Managing and communicating with the content providers (ICECAT) and (Gameopedia) to provide the rich content for
the new items creation
• Publishing the new items on the website and application using Hybris and SAP Backoffice platforms on daily bases
• Checking the created items to make sure the data are properly displayed on the website and application
• Developing and implementing the items categorization to make the user journey with better experience
• Following and updating all the items data to keep the content up to date on the website and application based on
the new updates available by the Commercial department
• Solving any related bugs or issues on the website and application with the technical team
• Generating customized reports based on the data needed using Hybris and SAP Backoffice platforms
• Managing multiple systems such as (SAP, Hybris, Magento and Odoo)

- Data Entry Specialist:

• Communicating with the Commercial department for any new items creation or update existing items
• Implementing the quality assurance process for the new items creation or updates based on the system requirements
• Creating the new items on SAP on daily bases
• Checking the new created items or updated data to make sure it’s totally correct
• Updating the items data based on the Commercial department request
• Communicating with the Operation and E-Commerce departments after updating data when needed
• Supporting to solve and fix any related issue to data faced by the Commercial and E-Commerce departments

• The project is an awareness website and online shop for international Cars Tuning.

• E-Commerce Operation Supervisor
◦ Developing and implementing a fully automated fulfillment system using OTO platform integrated with Magento 2
platform through an online meetings with the CTO.
◦ Managing and handling all day to day fulfillment orders with the team, the Warehouses and Showrooms across Saudi
Arabia.
◦ Managing and solving all customers complaints and MCIs related to online orders.
◦ Managing and creating sales orders, returns, stock confirmation and stock transfer through Microsoft Dynamic
system.

• The project is an application that provides FMCG purchase and delivery for both individuals and corporations, key project

◦ Meeting with the CBDO to understand the application project requirements

• Web Designer:
• The project is multiple landing/multiple responsive corporate websites for Future Growth Group and their related companies,
key project includes:
◦ Meeting with the CBDO to understand each project requirements
◦ Communicating with the Marketing Management for all related content and material updates
◦ Designing and Implementing using WordPress CMS platform

• Acting as liaison between business, sales, commercial, marketing, operation, customer service and IT teams to refine
the product and incorporate features based on market demands.
• Partnering with IT and product leadership to drive and manage the solution development process and ensure the
product team understands the direction and vision.
• Collaborating with teams to discover and deliver the best solution to the market presented by the product team lead
and the business.
• Creating and maintaining the solution vision, roadmap, and backlog of work through the projects life cycle.

• Managing and generating sales through company websites, social media, Facebook store, email orders, forms orders,
souq.com, haraj.com and qatyar.com, while working on other platforms, such as ebay.com, topsteering.com, noon.com,
and Alibaba.com
• Follow up with orders by preparing and issuing invoices and contact with multiple warehouse managers for shipping to
customers and accept returns as per company return and refund policy.
• Preparing online sales, collection and performance reports.
• Preparing marketing performance report.
• Provide professional and cooperative customer service to new, regular and loyal customers via email, phone and
WhatsApp.

• Monitoring sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Arrange product or advertising display as requested by product manager/ showroom manager with regard to product
specifications, pricing, and payment methods plus calculate price discounts and prepare invoices for customers.
• Providing customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer Inquiries and complaints
plus keeping record of customer information for customer call reports.

• Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and
physical capabilities of facilities and store the items in an orderly and accessible manner within the warehouse.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust
errors while keeping records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment.
• Provide assistance or direction to other warehouse workers to ensure compliance with safety regulations in regards of
cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas.
