Executing renovation of API-sterile area in chemicals plant in Amman, Jordan. This 120 m2 sterile area contains chemical reactor and filter dryer for producing sterile API powder also this area is ATEX zone.
• Executing cleanroom partitions including accessories, PVC flooring and finishes.
• Commissioning supervising qualification for production Autoclaves, UV/VHP passbox & dry heat oven.
• Installing & commissioning the HVAC system (AHUs, chillers & exhaust fans) and performing air balance.
• Supervising electric works and commissioning of BMS system including central VHP cycle development for the sterile rooms.
• Installing ATEX accessories CCTV, lighting fixtures, for sterile area.
• Installing & commissioning for ATEX LAFs in sterile area.

Designing a 7, 500 m2 greenfield injectables facility in Algeria and performing engineering calculations for utilities and production machines selection. The production area contains liquid vials stream, lyophilized vials stream & separate ampoules machine.
• Performing all architectural designs for all floors including production, packaging, labs, weighing/sampling & warehouse with the consultant.
• Classifying production rooms as per international standards.
• Developing manufacturing process with the production team in Portugal
• Pricing, sizing and selection for all production machines, labs equipment & utilities.
• Generating detailed RDS (room data sheet) for the entire facility.
• Performing mechanical calculations for the HVAC including the BMS function.
• Designing & sizing water treatment plant.
• Generating detailed tender documents side by side with the consultant.
• Creating project budget.
• Participated in contractors’ qualification and tenderers evaluation.

Executing 6, 000 m2 cytotoxic sterile injectables plant in Sintra, Portugal. This facility contains 2 production lines that have been designed for producing injectables oncology products, each line has liquids stream & lyophilized stream with 2 lyophilizes per line.
• Building cleanroom partitions with the contractor and embedding the machines in the panels.
• Placing & leveling production machines on their places and connecting their utilities.
• Building pre-treatment water plant & installing both distiller & pure steam generator and performing C&Q for the water plant.
• Supervising WFI loop & pure steam network.
• Commissioning steam boilers.
• Commissioning air compressors and testing compressed air network.
• Installing and commissioning FFUs in the lines.
• Commissioning and testing the BMS system.
• Installing liquid nitrogen tank and testing the network.
• Follow up piping works for water networks.
• Installing cooling towers, chillers & AHUs and performing testing and balancing for the HVAC system.

Engineer providing cGMP & GEP maintenance services for production & packaging machines for general formulation plant in Amman, Jordan. This plant is ODS that manufactures powder, tablet pills, capsules also this plant USFDA approved.
• Performing daily checks for the machines to ensure durability of the machines.
• Performing preventive maintenance as per the recommendation for the manufacturer.
• Ensuring that the production machines are up to standards and running on the maximum efficiency.
• Performing the maintenance documentation on SAP.
• Ensuring that all machines have spare parts in the warehouse and follow up on any shortage.
• Follow up with internal and external audits and provide timelines to cover all the notes
• Collaborating with validation and production teams to satisfy the market demand.
• Attending the daily meeting with the production team to follow up on all pending concerns.
• continuously Implementing improvements to ease the production processes.
• Participating the creating the URS for any new machine.
• Implementing 5S in the maintenance workshop and assuring everyone applies it.

Engineer providing support to pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Reviewing of proposals and design documentation in addition to continuous support for the manufacturing facilities, qualifying facilities and production/packaging machinery.
Responsible of performing qualification and studies for 3 manufacturing sites in Jordan all are ODF.
• Performing qualification & requalification plans for production/packaging machines, including heat studies and applying validation protocols IQ, OQ & PQ.
• Reviewed, approved, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participating in creating the URS.
• Develop documentation according to customer specifications; change control, risk assessment & CAPA analysis.
• Follow up internal & external audits concerns.
• Supporting other departments with information.
• Ensuring that maintenance for machines is done up to GMP standards.
• Performing necessary documentation on SAP.
