- Responsible for Planning & Scheduling of the project " Studies, Design and Supervision of infrastructure Works in Assir and Baha"
-The Project Cost is more than one billion saudi rials.
-The project scope of work includes the preparation of engineering studies and designs for some of the Ministry's housing projects in Assir and Baha district with a total area of about 30 million square meters and supervision of implementation according to the General and Special conditions and the statement of engineering services required for the design Phases and supervision of implementation.
-Client :Ministry of Interior- Center of Developmental Projects
-Project : King Abdullah Project (KAP1)
-Responsible for Planning & Scheduling of the projects belongs to Construction Department in Center of Developing Projects.
-Other duties include engineering studies, follow up and developing existing Procedures.
Responsible for Planning & Scheduling of the projects belong to Buildings Department such as :
1- Construction of Institute of Public Administration -Riyadh-(130, 000, 000 S.R) -Supervision by Khatib & Alami Company.
2- Construction of Institute of Public Administration - Jeddah -(128, 000, 000 S.R) -Supervision by Khatib & Alami Company.
Other duties include engineering studies, follow up and monitoring of awarded projects
Responsible for Planning & Scheduling for Contracts with The Royal Commission in Jubail & other projects such as:
1- 202-C16 Earthwork for Zone E & F - (47, 000, 000 S.R) -Supervision by Bechtel
2- Completion of Site Development - (41, 000, 000 S.R) -Supervision by Bechtel
3- Civil works for Evaporation Pond - (17, 000, 000 S.R.).
4- Other duties include engineering studies, follow up and monitoring of awarded projects.
Responsible for Preparation of Project Planning Package, which includes the Project Target Schedules, Progress S-Curves (Overall & Discipline), Manpower Histograms, Document Control System, Procurement Services Register, Studies, budgets development and control and supervision of work execution for various buildings construction and maintenance projects.
Responsible for Planning & Controlling of M.O.T & Baladia projects such as:
- Dahis / Masil Road of length 40 km.
- Al Khidr Road of length 10 km.
- Construction of Link Roads in Mohafazat Al Quwayiyah of Length 64 km.
- Completion of Link Roads in Mohafazat Al Quwayiyah of Length 19 km.
- Construction of Al Baladia Link Roads in Al Rayn, Ruwaydah & Quwayiyah.
Other duties include road design & Quantity Surveying for M.O.T. projects.
Responsible for engineering studies, budgets development and control and supervision of work execution for various buildings construction and maintenance projects.
