Establishment:
Evaluate best business entity of planned business.
Research country regulations regarding band of activities.
Ensure compliance to local regulations.
Gain access to target costumers through meeting their requirements for vendor registration.
Draft and optimize organizational structure to operations needs.
Marketing:
Overlook Marketing activities through out, both, geographical and target markets.
Customize global marketing plan to local relevance.
Decide best practice marketing channel for each brand.
Business Development:
Three axis business development:
Establishing and growing company portfolio of represented global companies with market potential.
Selection of country distributors and maintain cooperation to ensure achievements.
Direct communication with key customers to institute and conserve loyalty and business continuity.
Sales:
Plan S.M.A.R.T forecasts.
Tap into floating tenders and opportunities.
Maintain customer relation through implementation of effective CRM.
Deliver objectives by regular follow up of achievements Vs. plan.
Develop alternative resources to achieve results.
Financial:
Raising funds: by budgeting operational costs.
Fund allocation: distribution of budget on various company departments.
Profit planing: Proper utilization of profit generated to meet investors expectations.

•Member of SKMC Pharmacy and Therapeutic committee.
•Member of Health Authority-Abu Dhabi Pharmacy and Therapeutic committee.
•Detailing to physicians new products and guidelines in treatment.
•Informing physicians about new international regulatory bodies (e.g. FDA, Health Canada) warning letters, alerts and advisories.
•Physician education through lecture presentations about differences in drug therapies, optimal therapies and latest international guidelines.
•Marketing and promotion of AstraZeneca high specialty therapies in UAE.
•Educating physicians, surgeons and psychiatrist on therapies in Infectious Diseases, Oncology and psychiatry related medications.
