-Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met;
-Assists in implementing internal controls relating to financial and retails operations, and reviews and recommends revisions and improvements, as needed
-Hire and train new employees for the sales floor or other departments
-Plans future capacity requirements and oversees various inventory items to determine what is selling, what is not selling and which ones are selling out and need to be re-ordered.

-Assists customers in the showroom starting from queries to point-of-purchase duties to customers.
-Answers business calls concerning customer inquiries and complaints.
-Prepares quotations according to customers’ preference, budget and available materials in stock.
-Coordinates with Design Department to prepare lay-out based on proposed design.
-Enhance sales and network thru regular site visits and Client calls.
-Facilitates schedule and follow-up loading and delivery of materials to customers.
