Duties & Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with client and determine schedule of projects.
•Prepare reports on projects and provide status on a timely basis for client.
•Facilitate process of permits and prepare work prints for final construction process.
•Develop network and ensure that all clients request and service were met for same.
•Determine capacity of network forecasted future needs and analyze feeder route for same.
•Maintain outside plant designs and create engineering specifications for same.
•Manage all tests conducted on systems and completed them.
•Develop engineering standards for projects.
•Inspect site and estimate cost of projects.
•Maintained good working relationship with Managers.
Project Involved:
SAUDI NATIONAL FIBER NETWORK (SNFN)
(MOBILY, BAYANAT and INTEGRATED TELECOM COMPANY JOINT PROJECT)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for handing over and acceptance of project such as PAT (Preliminary Acceptance Test) and Red line Process.
Supervised all civil works on Telecom Shelters and Tower foundations.
Coordinate and manage all site activities
Check properly all completed works that need to be rectify such as SDR (Site Discrepancy Report)
Able to conduct all site joint survey with contractor’s representative to determine the consistency of Cable Route plans and RED (Route Engineering Design).
Resolving QA and OSP issues.
•Responsible for the analysis of the kind of concrete that required to be repaired.
•Check properly all the completed waterproofing works
•Coordinate and manage all site activities
•Material take off
•Responsible in keeping updated site records
•Provide free access to work and cooperate with appointed firm
•Visual inspection on geometry, surface quality, application of released agent during construction and erection.
•Review and check of all construction design.
•Inspection of concrete after removal with record of any unusual observation.
•Level survey of all major structures before and after execution.
•Monitor the progress of work to meet required target date and manpower
•Responsible for the implementation of company’s waterproofing and concrete repair system.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Site supervision and Quality Control
•Preparation of Shop Drawings and Materials Submittal
•Check and review all Sub-contractor Shop Drawing and Materials submittal
•Coordinate with Client representative and Engineers of other trade
•Responsible in the implementation of Standard Working Procedures
•Monitor the progress of work to meet the proposed schedule of completion
•Keep accurate records of variation from contracts
•Quantity surveying and material take off
•Responsible in keeping updated site records
•Monitoring of records and details of sub-contractors
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Assist the Dept. Engineer with suggestion in construction details or in alteration difficulties
•Reporting immediately to the Dept. Engineer any work not properly done or requiring attention
•Monitoring of records and details of manpower
•Submit manpower regular and monthly report on the appropriate printed forms
•Preparation of daily and monthly reports
•Site supervision and conduct site safety measures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the implementation of Standard Working Procedures
•Conduct site preparation and site clearing
•Checking of formwoks for adequate support and strut
•Check concrete compaction to achieve maximum density required
•Check all RC structures and ensure proper vertical alignment of columns, correct sizes and lapping of reinforcement, proper drop and dimension in accordance to the drawing
•Monitor the progress of work to meet the proposed schedule of completion
•Control the wastage of materials especially costly items
•Site supervision and Quality Control
•Check completed works for any defect that needs rectification
