• Section Head - Trainee on Production Management Group/ Production Controller @ SPI Corporation (June 26, 2012 - present)
- Developed a daily time record of production and man-hour per case computation program using Visual Basic language.
- Innovated some excel program that relieved the pain of encoding and helped my subordinates to do other valuable tasks and prevent the double handling of reports.
- Ensures that my subordinates accomplished accurately their daily reports, provides reasons or analysis regarding inefficiencies of reports, coordinates to supervisor regarding what happened and implements action plans before submitting the report to the production head and plant manager.
- Coordinates with different departments regarding discrepancy or when they have inquiries on our reports such as machine downtime, rejection, labor hours and production report.
- Ensures that Top Sheet and Operations Summary comprising usages of raw materials, packaging materials, machine downtime, machine efficiency, machine speed, rejections & labor efficiency is properly encoded base on raw data before submitting it to operations analyst, production head, plant manager, Vice President for Operations and to the top management.
- Rechecks the history of rejections & downtimes if they have development regarding their action plans on the inefficiencies.
- Monitors the in and out of the scrap candy rejects if they are properly accounted, making sure that all withdrawals are being used by the production.
- Attends on a two times a week production committee, a conference with plant manager, production head, operations analyst, engineering head and other superiors, in which different issues are being discussed, explained and solved.
SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) Activities
- View and monitoring of released Production Orders, particularly the following activities:
o Check material availability through missing parts list.
o Check capacity availability
- Approval of generated pull list.
- Performs transaction reversals related to Production.
- Views and checks production order confirmation. It is the responsibility of the production controller to ensure accuracy and completeness of production order confirmations.
- Views and checks material movements/postings related to production.

- Encodes the status of sensor products such as the number of defective and rejected products.
- Visual inspection and repairs the short circuits, improper placement and missing components of PCBA's from wave soldering machine.
- First testing of the PCBA's; repairs the failed PCBA's, changing the defective components such as transformers, fuse, and ICs etc.
● PCOS Technician (May 10, 2010)
- In-charge of troubleshooting the PCOS machine if there's a problem in connecting to the server and if the machine is malfunctioning such as paper jam, improper printing of ballots and auto restarting.
