Performs recruitment and selection activities based on company policies and procedures.
Source and build applicant pooling by researching and contacting government agencies in charge of recruitment, employment agencies, internet sites, schools universities, etc.
Curriculum vitae analysis, interview and testing applicants. Prepares psychological test and report.
Conduct background investigation on selected applicants.
Conduct orientation to Newly hired employees.
Prepare all pre-employment requirements, IDs, uniform etc.
Prepares all contracts/appointment papers and job description of newly hired employee
Maintaining database for HR such as Applicant database, masterlist, Leave Monitoring and EOC monitoring
Conduct exit interviews to resigning employees, prepare report and submit the same to management for references.
Prepares and processes employee movement such as promotion, transfer, re-assignment, change of designation, regularization, others.
Prepared timekeeping report and submit to accounting for payroll purposes.
Serves as the Company representative and FC Coordinator for PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH and SSS.
Handles the processing of claims, loans and other benefits stated on the Employee handbook
• Monitors queue spy and aux usage of agents. Ensuring that the queue is well-managed by relaying real-time concerns on AUX/Talk time abuse to Supervisors/Floor managers on the floor.
• Sends essential interval to PROGRAM management team
• Sends day-end reports to PROGRAM management team
• Monitors attendance and sends daily attendance reports
• Monitors real time schedule adherence and reports non-compliance
• Reports intra-day schedule changes to the Supervisors/Manager. i.e., same day callouts and develops a plan to meet schedule requirements.
• Works with local center management to ensure half-hourly, real-time schedule adherence commitments are being met.
• Work closely with the Program Manager and Supervisors to conduct real-time root cause analysis of impacts to SLA's.
• Implementing Break schedules relative to scheduling and queue management for all reps.
• Pro actively develop action plans or provide recommendations to the program on effective ways to achieve schedule adherence with the help of the COPS-WFM Senior Analyst.
• Send Reports for recommendation of CSR's for sanctions for any violation of the code of conduct and non-adherence to the schedule.
• Weather Watchers, will send alerts on emergency contingencies (be it due to weather, calamity or any situation that will affect productivity of the programs we handle).
• Act as SVAT (Sick, Vacation, Attrition Team)
Serves as a liaison officer to all government agencies particularly remittances and claim processing.
Assisting members with the cooperative - provided benefits.
Serves as Fund Coordinator for Pag-ibig. Consolidating and checking of loan applications
Maintaining loan amortization monitoring.
Serves as Cooperative Representative to SSS.
Liaises with Phil health offices in terms of benefits claims and MDR request for newly hired members
Prepares Phil health quarterly remittances
Submit advances and refund report to accounting department
Oversees HMO Availment
Coordinates with Star care re members availment especially APE
Prepare and examine documents for HMO reimbursement
Consolidate, assess and approve Financial Assistance and short term loans before endorsing to Accounting Dept. for check preparation
Conducts orientation to newly hired members regarding benefits procedures
