SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION AND ACCOMPLISHMENT
• Weekly Start-up No-Load Test of Standby generator (2) Two unit dual fuel Gas/diesel open cycle gas turbine and (1)unit CAT-MAK Diesel engine generation plant. Played the role as the test and commissioning engineer, the actual reading of the test taken and other related activities recorded and submitted to KOC-MS&R
• Monthly start-up With 4MW Load test of Standby Generator in the 3 gathering center, Played the role as the test and commissioning engineer, the test was successfully performed in two sequence loading, 2MW each loading, evaluated characteristic on load effects, transient current drawn monitored every loading enable to withstand the protection devices setting of the 4MW Resistive load bank. The actual reading of the load test taken and other related activities recorded and submitted to KOC-MS&R
• Annual PM preventive Maintenance of Gen-set, the power supply used in the start-up of generation plant 2000KVA, 460V, 50Hz, performed de-dusting, inspections of control, re-tightened main Cables, and performed electrical test, resistance insulation test, and Hi-pot test. Ensuring gen-set electrical winding integrity and reliability of operation. Detailed work PM activities and operation test result submitted to KOC-MS&R
• Annual Preventive Maintenance on the balance of plant for the 3 Gathering center, e.g. Blower Fans, vertical/Centrifugal Pumps, Induction Starting motors, air compressors, and Drive motors, etc.. Oversee and manage the electro-mechanical works, during overhauling activities in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines, and quality standards to ensure plant availability and equipment reliability.
• Annual Calibration of Electrical protection devices in the substation Switchgears, Calibration safely performed in the offline cycle for safety, Racking out control frame assembly after LO/TO, Protection devices test namely Overload Tripping Devices, Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Current device, micro relays, and Earth Leakage Protection relays Using SVERKER 650, Megger, Relay test kit for protection devices. Annual Report submitted to KOC-MS&R.
• Annual Calibration of Instrumentation devices on-site, performed during off-line cycle for safety. Devices namely thermocouples, Transmitters, Transducers, Thermometers, Sensors, and gauges and other flow meter devices, Calibration devices successfully performed using dry block heater, thermometer, BEAMEX multi tester, ammeter, and dead weights load test, data and test result significantly evaluated ensuring reliability on the operation, test results recorded and full report submitted to KOC MS&R
• Successfully Completed lube oil replacement a total of 75 drums, SAE 40, for one of the generation plant, flushing, and oil gauge pressure actively monitored within 48 hours cycle ensuring no remnant and foreign particles left in the system, all activities performed in accordance to OEM oil replacement procedure.
• Successful Millwrights Team leader in the alignment process of machinery, eliminating soft foot, offset, and angularity misalignment. Outstanding low levels of parameters e.g. Seismic, Relative, and vibration levels as well as low bearing temperature have been shown in the HMI monitors.
