THE ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. As MANUFACTURING ENGINEER: Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, toolings and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
2. As MAINTENANCE ENGINEER: Responsible for conducting periodic maintenance checks, planning equipment upgrades and machinery modifications, identifying faults, investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance after repair.
3. As PLANNING ENGINEER: Plan and prepares production schedules and ensure that products are made efficiently and timely. Responsible in planning monthly production commitments including work-in process to meet shipments date. Also provide instructions and authorization before production begins.

4. Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees.
5. Responsible for the physical management and tracking of policies, revisions, change documentations, and signature logs in accordance with Company rules and regulations.

THE ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Responsible for commissioning and overseeing the installation of Batch Plant.
2. Perform design review. Identify concepts, and provide technical review of mechanical system with a focus on conformance to the Owner's Project Requirements, Energy Efficiency, Constructability, and Sustainability.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical equipment and system problems.
4. Perform/supervise construction inspections and field investigations.
5. Prepare commissioning reports and including commissioning progress.

2. Specify component ends or direct modification of tool & die sets to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specification.
3. Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of tool & die sets, components, and system.Responsible in all machine shop operations (lathe machine, milling machine and bench work)
4. Provide feedback to quality control department on costumer's problems and needs.
5. Assists drafters in developing the design of equipment using drafting tools or computer aided design (CAD) or drafting equipment and software.
6. Investigate tool & die failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to my immediate superior.

THE ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Has a brief knowledge on machine shop drawing and assists drafters to provide technical information.
2. Responsible in all machine shop operations (lathe machine, milling machine and bench work)
3. Assemble, modify, repair, install, operate, and maintain the tool & die sets to meet standard requirements, applying engineering principle.
4. Assists Supervisors in the planning and testing of tool & die sets and helps prepare proposals, and cost estimates.
5. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
6. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job, and work under general supervision.
7. Lead and direct line technician and mechanic for the proper use of tool & die sets.
