• Ensuring that all guests are properly checked in into the hotel following LQA and company standards
• Guarantying the preferred methods of payment, confirming all preferences and follow up all guest requirements
• Responsible of taking, mastering, routing and posting all kinds of payments into the hotel’s system (OPERA) and controlling the entire main cashier float.
• Responsible for preparing the next day arrivals, with specific information according to each individual (traces, preferences and methods of payment).

• Coordinating with housekeeping department and suite reservations all new bookings. And allocate the proper suite for each arrival.
• Fully responsible for the front office well-functioning and running during the entire night.
