The project includes all the design, civil works, architectural, track works, systems, mechanical, power, testing and commissioning for putting into service the integrated part of Phase 3 of the Greater Cairo Metro Line 3, with the aim to operate a massive transportation service between the existing Attaba's Station to Kit Kat Station, and then, a line corridor from Kit Kat to Road El Farag Corridor, moreover a second line corridor from Kit Kat to Cairo University, this last, interfacing with the existing Cairo University Line 2's Station.
The mentioned Phase 3 includes: 15 stations (8 underground, 5 elevated viaducts and 2 at grade), 7 ventilation/emergency access shafts, 2 TBM shafts, 2 Tunnels with approximately 8 km, using Slurry TBM for their construction, and 1 workshop.

Qatar Railway's (QRC) project is an integrated railway system covering all major areas in
the country of Qatar, and includes a Light Rail Transportation System for Lusail´s City
(LLRT), located in the North of Doha. The LLRT tram network have : 4 lines, 32 km, 15 km
at-grade revenue double track and 5.5 km at-grade non revenue single track, 10 km of
underground double track (cut and cover), 39 stations (10 underground stations), dual
power system (OCS & APS), 2 tramway bridges (viaducts), 1 depot complex, 51 electric
sub-stations (TPS & LPS, 1 BPS). USD 4.0 billion - Design & Built Contract

During these almost 12 years, I have followed the project from the design layout phase
until revenue of the Metro system. For the 6 currently existing lines. All the works
performed for the construction of the infrastructure of the Light´s Rail System (Stations
at-grade and underground, BPS, TPS, LPS, Level Crossing, earthworks, pre-cast and pre-
stressed structures, Contention and Support Walls, Piling barriers, Piled foundation,
piling, foundations, erection, systems and sub-systems, TVS, signalling, OCS and others)
and also, the works of Urban Design Integration. EUR 3.2 billion - Design & Built
Contract
I have worked closely with the engineers from the different multidisciplinary areas and
with local and national authorities to establishment the limits of intervention, railroad
track layout and implementation of all infrastructures related to the Light Rail System.
Further follow up, all the task across de project : civil, railway, electromechanical,
catenary (OCS), infrastructures,
• Directs and manages progress of rail projects assigned (i.e. Light Rail, Major Stations,
Tunnels, Power Supply) and responsible for ensuring the safe, timely and efficient
construction of the works in accordance with the project schedule and budget.
• Manage the project construction activities in line with the project specifications, scope
of work, schedule, and requirements
• Supervise the project construction deliverables and oversees the quality of the project
construction deliverables
• Maintains regular liaison with Project Engineers on technical issues
• Ensures the implementation of the projects procedures
• Manage interfaces between civil works, architectural works, MEP, power supply
systems, sub-systems, rolling stock, signalling, urban planning and integration, at-grade
planning, utilities, services, track works, OCS, APS, TVS
• Manage DEPOT´s design and works, AOCC Building, Service and Mantenaince Buildings
• Responsible for surveillance and measurement of contractor work quality
• Ensures staffing levels are in accordance with the plans
• Monitors the project status in terms of time, quality and cost, using relevant tools and
methods
• Coordinate the site construction activities and interfaces with 3rd parties
• Coordinate logistics
• Manages the contractors and sub-contractors, responsible for proper administration of
construction contracts, and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses
• Guarantee project legal documents, permits, inspections and others, are completed and
signed.
• Provides excellent leadership to work teams.
• Directly responsible for the performance and work directions from Construction Mana-
ger

- Construction of Residential Group (concrete building) for an integrated module
(Area: 3, 000 m²) with 20 apartments for the company Asociación Civil Los Rosales,
Caracas, Distrito Federal.
- Construction of Residential Group (concrete building) for an integrated module
