• Monitors and control loading of vehicles for repair in the Service workshop to ensure efficiency in workflow. Keeps track of vehicles inside workshop areas and endures full utilization of work stalls by immediate turnover of vehicles.
• Checks availability and capability of technicians and coordinates with Workshop supervisor regarding matching of Technician skills with job requirement.
• Coordinates closely with the Reception section on incoming repair of orders. Distribution of repair assignments to avoid workshop overloading and minimize long waiting time.
• Prepare Estimates of additional repair of the vehicle.
• Quality check for all the related works
• Monitor workshop loads and monitor customer appointment.
• Monitor and update daily status of repair using Job Control boards
• Submit & prepare individual technician’s Productivity, Efficiency, and Back jobs reports.
• Monitors individual technician’s productivity, efficiency, attendance and back jobs.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned form time to time.

 Prepare Hotline and DISS Ticket for all warranty claims using Elsa Pro and McLaren portal
 Prepare all New Vehicle from factory for PDI and prepare for delivery to the customers
