HR Strategy & Planning
Update HR Plans, Policies & Procedures
Working on Process Management & Change Management.
Preparation of yearly budget along with Unit Managers.

Recruitment
Working with Business Managers across the whole group to identify recruitment needs and recommending new recruitment channels to attract talent.
Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and builds recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs and open days.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle with a view to hire and attract the best talents from various sources and selects employment advertising methods when needed.
Coordinate with head of departments and for the annual manpower plan and budgeted manpower of store operations.
Liaises with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences.
Check vacancy requisitions for policy and budget compliance.
Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns.
Discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
Check candidate’s references with their previous employers.
Update the candidate’s database systems as required.

HR Duties
Being a single point of contact to on board the new joiners and taking care of their logistics.
Coordinating with the Learning & Development team for the induction process.
Responsible for Employee Communications & Employee Relations.
Manage employee and manager queries across the group ensuring consistency.
Provide guidance and solutions to managers on a wide range of HR challenges across the group including people management and employee engagement.
Managing Leave and Absenteeism Management.

Business Partnering
Align HR practices with strategic business initiatives. Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the businesses and functions they support.

Organizational Development
Evaluate and implement programs to assure retention and competitiveness in the job market. Research, recommend, and implement recognition and/or incentive plans and gain necessary approval

Relationship Management
Ensure that all employees are up to date with company policies
Respond to all questions regarding to policies & procedures
Attend to reasonable HR needs.
Follow up on visa matters with PRO and ensure that all new joiners have the necessary documents prior to joining
