Roles & Responsibilities :

• Preparing production planning and ensuring the production targets are met accordingly to work order
• Experience in analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency.
• Preparing ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, API spec Q1 9 edition Documentation & to implement IMS and organizing IMS Surveillance Audit & NCR follow-up and completion.
• Working experience in SAP as a PP module.
• Following the logistics personal to ensure the shipment and Stuffing process.
• Communicating with lab personnel to ensure the Quality Control of consignments
• Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.

Designation : ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANNAGER
Period : From JUNE 2014 TO JULY 2015
Roles & Responsibilities:
• To maintaining in both Unit Process and Unit operation equipment’s like Mixers, Cooling towers, chillers, Air compressor, FBD Dryer, Tray dryer, Extruders, pumps and blowers, Blenders
• Monitoring and Maintaining the Extrusion process from Extruder.
• Handling the two THERMIC FLUID HEATERS ( 2 x 1O LKCAL / HOUR), ( 1 x 4 LKCAL / HOUR) and CHILLER ( 300 TR )
• Operating the PLC AUTOMATION Process.
• Faced the audits, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, API spec 13A 18 edition, API spec Q1 9 edition.
• Ensuring the safety of employees
• Implementing the 5 S system in the plant and following the OHSAS safety procedure.
• Arrangement of manpower & controlling the fitters &electricians and operators

Designation : TRAINEE ENGINEER
period : from April 2013 to MAY 2014
job profile :
• Training for the product of mud chemicals
• Training about the detail function of process mechanical equipments
• preparing the daily base production and maintenance activities
• Training of machine operations
KEY SKILLS :
• Good knowledge in Extruder die setting, Reactors and sigma mixers
• Knowledge in checking the quality parameters like Moisture, Purity, Fluid loss, pH as per the API spec 13 A.
• Practical knowledge in air jet collectors
• knowledge in chiller unit (compressor, condenser, pumps) and heaters
• Sound communicator with analytical in problem solving and organizational abilities
