Key Role & Responsibilities Working as Network Engineer, main duties are to maintain and monitoring of entire Network HBL (1600+ Domestic and International links across 32+ countries worldwide) on NMS tools.
Configuring and maintaining of Branches primary and secondary links at NOC Core Routers and Branch Routers on Cisco (2800, 1700), Juniper Firewalls (SSG And SRX) with all types of media like (Fiber, DSL, Radio, Wimax, CDMA, VSAT etc.
Monitoring entire Network using WhatsUp Gold and Solarwinds (NMS).
Dedicated support for Mail queries/issues reported by Branches and IT centers for troubleshooting WAN Issues.

Monitoring / Troubleshooting Layer 2, Layer 3 and Server issues. Window Server 2000 R2, Active Directory and Group Policy. Installation and configuration TMG (Threat Gateway Management).
