I am into Service Department my role is to Distribute Jobs to the Technicians as per their specialization.
Monitoring them to finish the given task on time.
Follow ups with parts department for quick parts issual.
Managing the work place & guiding the technicians for maintaining Customer Satisfaction Points.
After the job done getting test drive with the quality controller.
And in the last closing the job card & delivering the vehicle to customer.
