Job Responsibilities: Executive Secretary cum HR Administrator
• Follow-up all operational activities to ensure the highest client satisfaction by gaining technical back-up from the engineers.
• Utilized effective communication or negotiation skills, employed diplomacy and sensitivity to resolve critical or escalated issues affecting the client, staff, or senior management.
• Managed and oversee administrative functions to ensure all paperwork is processed appropriately and in a timely manner and meets all compliance requirements.
• Maintaining all the office registration documents, license, and authority approvals
• Generate the weekly reports accurately and send to the concern clients and main contractors. (eg. minutes of meeting, recommendation letters, invoices, payment certificates) with guidance from the resident / site engineers.
• Arrangement of Flight, Hotel and Transport bookings for better stay.
