Assisting in short listing of suitable candidates from the application.
• Organizing and arranging interviews for new candidates.
• Conducting interviews and makes sure that the best suitable candidate is taken onboard.
• Conducting induction for the new employees.
• Keeping accurate records of the employees and providing teaching materials for the
instructors.
• Timely coordination of the full cycle of the staff internal training
Supervising daily activities, managing the schedules and resolving the issues of the
Drivers/Office Assistants.
• Tracking and follow up of Performance Review.
• Record keeping of general staff .i.e attendance, sick/annual leave, termination and any other
information assigned.
• Organizing of staff special awards and issuance of Student Certificate.
• Performing general office support functions related to staff and assist when necessary
