My job is responsible with all computer system, maintenance telecommunication system with Cisco Call Manager 6.0, VLAN network with core system by cisco 3560G and Internet infrastructure, take care for ASA Firewall at two site Batam and Singapore via VPN, maintenance and set up server, wireless configuration, set up and maintenance cisco routers, voice gateway with cisco VG224 series, arrange computer for user, VoIP maintenance, maintenance email server with linux server.
Set up windows server 2003, windows server 2008, create and modify Active Directory ( AD ), DHCP, DNS, and others for windows server. Configure linux server system. Create scheduling backup using Handy Backup, and CA ARCServe. Maintenance SAN and NAS for data storage and backup system. Maintenance confrence call using Policom HDX 7000 series from Batam to Singapore via VPN.
Responsible for any complaint from customer until finish the job. maintenance the all of telephone system, arrange the networking system in customer, set up network and server on client using Linux and windows Server.
my job is responsible with all computer system, arrange new networking system and controling all about computer environment.
my responsible is control all of the hardware system including service repair and distribute to user and controling all about telephone system. the daily job is arrange program for company system using CA Clipper 5.2.
