- Organise and coordinate production (purchasing, planning, scheduling, launching, quality control and logistics).

- Guarantee the respect of the constraints (quality, costs, deadlines) from end to end.
-Observe trends to create and maintain inventory schedules and ensure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.
- Supervise production rates and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Set up management dashboards.
-Prepare necessary reports (daily follow-up, provision, etc.) to help to analyze the trends and improving accuracy.
- Propose evolutions and improvements organization, productivity, logistics.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
-Follow-up closely material aging in order to avoid any write-off.
-Apply the standard practices in phase in and phase out plan when there is any change in any material.
