-Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents
(drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems
interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
- Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during
construction.
- Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
- Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
- Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
- Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change
work order.
- Assist in the installation of MEP work.
- Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
- Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop
drawings submittals.
- Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and
relevant staff.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality
documentation/records.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

-Ensure a safe working for Maintenance personnel and that safety
Standards are met in accordance with company policy and regulations.
-Coordinate the daily and weekly operation of Maintenance Department.
-Consult with Maintenance Supervisors & workers on technical problems.
-Developing short to mid-term maintenance plans, ensures the
highest Planned work compliance.
-Ensure that all supervisors are properly educated and trained.
-Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
-Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Installation & Maintenance for Electricity End Use “EEU Project for Residential with SEC”. We used in the study ENETICS Recorder & DENT Recorder.
1) Technical Service, site visit and solve the issues found in the site. 2) Technical Support and Testing commissioning and Coordinate and follow up the customer and factory Engineers in the sites for Test & Commission activities. 3) Trainer, make training for customer and SEC Engineers and technicians. 4) Project Support, prepare the meters -programming, covers, and other Issue. 5) ITS factory, following the contractors working in the factory. 6) EMS activities, survey, and report. (TARSHEED, AL HOUKEER, AL JIHAZ) … etc. 7) Logistic Support: A. Follow the shipment with ARAMEX, and make sure the material delivered ITS factory in a good condition and SEC store B. Check the tools & material availability and price in the market for the projects and buy it.

I trained on site supervision and what is the work of a site engineer, including it :

1) Coordinate between the site engineer and the technician 2) Supervise with the consultant 3) CCTV Coordinator 4) Emergency and fire systems 5) Supervising the distribution of manpower and making sure that what was done by them.
