• Material Receiving, Physical verification & GRN Preparation in SMACC.
• Sorting & Binning in different location in the warehouse.
• Issue out materials through proper documentation.
• Creation of Location No. in case of new material received.
• Raising the claim in case of any discrepancy observed during the time of receiving of the material.
• Daily basis Re-binning for overflow material & Perpetual Inventory.
• Post Good Issue in SMACC system after Completion the outbound process & regular monitoring of Order to dispatch lead time.
• Dispatch of Vehicles to Customers as per agreed service level agreement.
• Planning of route wise dispatches for timely delivery of spare parts and reduce the cost.
• System stock verses physical stock verification and control of discrepancy as per the policy.
• Monitoring the key performance Indicators on daily, weekly, monthly basis and MIS to the management on time.
• Should possess good knowledge of material management/Supply Chain management.
• Carry out regular stock check to ensure good inventory control.
• Daily Monitor Materials stock and prepare orders as necessary.
• Providing necessary assistance to production Manager on administration matters e.g. attendance record, time sheet control, fixed asset inventory audit etc.
• Ensure high standard of safety regarding the stored item to prevent fire hazard or any other accident.
• Responsible for issuance of goods/stock
• Should have good understanding and knowledge of commercial terms.
• Should Possess good communication, Customer handling skills and be able to work under pressure.
