Job Discription:
Ensure that contractors complete the Work According to specifications, Provides technical & administrative information to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction .
Job Responsibilites:
 Installation of the electromechanical systems Such As (water &fire and irrigation tanks with capacity 8000 m3, pumping stations, Water Networks, Waste Water Networks, Irrigation Networks, FireFighting networks, , plumbing systems, ventilation systems, electrical networks and light current networks for Villette.
 Review all Material Submittals &Shop Drawings for Fire Fighting Systems as follows:
- Water sprinkelrs firefighting systems.
- Foam firefighting systems.
- CO2 firefighting systems.
- FM200 firefighting systems.
 Review all Material Submittals &Shop Drawings for Internal Plumbing Systems as follows:
- Waste Water systems ( waste, soil & vent pipes).
- Potable Water systems.
 Review all Material Submittals &Shop Drawings for swimming Pools and fountain Systems as follows:
- Over flow Type.
- Skimmer Type.
 Inspect All Material At site to confirm that comply with Specifications.
 Reading design, specifications and technical drawings.
 Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales.
 working to Egyptian Code (EC), International Electrical Code (IEC) and other standards
 Review all Material Submittals &Shop Drawings for water, waste water, Irrigation, Fire Fighting Piping & Valves, Manholes covers And Approving It According To Experience And Specifications and Redesign it if Necessary.
 Following Up the Contractor Installations Activities and Make Sure That All the Activities are According to Egyptian Code and Specifications.
 Testing the piping networks (water-waste water-storm- irrigation- Manholes).
 Coordinating between the finish level for all utilities and road level to be compatible with the final approved ground level
 Coordinating between all contractors to follow the milestones target dates.
 Coordinating between infrastructure contractors to finish all activities as per the final approved time schedules.
 Coordinating between all electromechanical infrastructure systems to avoid any damage and delay.
 Coordinating between infrastructure contractors and internal systems contractors.
 Ensure the implementation of quality Assurance (Q/A) during the different stages of the projects developments.
 Resolve any discrepancies between the completed milestone and quality
documentation.
 Recording and filing minutes of meeting between client, consultant and contractors.
 Reviewing the methods of statements of all activities.
 Testing and commissioning for all networks and pumps stations.

Job Description:-
- Studying Contractor Material Submittals &Shop Drawings for water, waste water, Irrigation, Fire Fighting Piping & Valves, Manholes covers And Approving It According To Experience And Specifications and Redesign it if Necessary. Following Up the Contractor Installations Activities and Make Sure That All the Activities are According to Egyptian Code and Specifications.
- Review and approve the Shop drawings and details for the projects.
- Supervision and follow up the work progress as per the Master schedule
working plan of waste water, potable water, irrigation and storm Systems.
- Ensure the implementation of quality Assurance (Q/A) during the different stages of the projects developments.
- Resolve any discrepancies between the completed milestone and quality
documentation.
- Review and approval the Material submittal and test plans as per the milestone scope of work.
- To approve the as built drawing.
- To approve material submittals.
- To review all drawing with other trades.
- To review the computed quantities.
- Reviewing the methods of statements of all activities.
- Coordinating between the Client and the Contractor.
- Verifying & certifying the Contractor’s payment.

- Working : Nature of the work to implement all the mechanics works ground tanks and upper tanks. And installation of ductile pipes and iron steel pipes.
Installation of centrifugal pumps, mechanical valves and all fittings.
Installation of polyethylene pipes and valves chambers, for example, washout valves and air valves chambers .
