- Support in preparing for management committee and Board meeting with financial analysis, data and account reports as required.
- Directs preparation of studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports, cash flow projections, and business forecasts.
- Reviews reported results, compares to budgets and forecasts, and explains significant variances for Shared Services functions.
- Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
- Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.

- Review and ensure the General Ledger (GL) and chart of accounts reflects all financial/transactional activity &review journal entries and other deliverables as provided by Accountants.
- Administer other key accounting activities such as reconciling accounts and balances on a monthly basis, conducting financial closing activities, preparing sub-ledger reports on a monthly basis and final trial balance.
- Create chart of accounts and control accounts up to finalization.
- Ensures that the company accounts are produced on required standards and in timely fashion.
- Provide information and data to the internal auditors and external auditors to assist in their work and report preparation.
- Full accounting responsibility for a charity association with huge operation in Investment & Financial Sectors.
- Supervising a team of accountant in real-estate co. (well known co.).
- Reviewing & managing all investment real - estate outside Kuwait.
- Preparing monthly reports “B.S, I.S & statements of Cash flow (direct or indirect).
- Implement the procedures & control necessary for the processing of the transactions including the production of reports.
- Handling investments account and daily report for Managements.
- Analysis of accounts (A.R & A.P & general expenses "operating & administrative" & deferred expenses, revenues & accrued expenses, revenues).
- Responsible for Payrolls & employee’s benefits.
- Reviewing and adjusting monthly standing orders.
- Follow - up and analysis maintenance & supply contracts.

-Making receivables, voucher related to it.
-Following custom & shipping and clearance the cargo.
-Prepare payrolls & labors wages.

- Manage the payable accounts.
