• Teaching in a style that caters to students' varying abilities and making adjustments as seen fit.
• Delivering P.H.E. classes in a manner that allows students to not only learn new skills but develop an understanding and appreciation for the movement patterns required in a safe and clean learning environment.
• Inspire and influence students to maintain good nutrition, participate in a form of movement/exercise that best suits them and maintain an all round healthy lifestyle.
• Encourage students to participate in off-curriculum modes of movement such as yoga.
