• Defining and maintaining best practices for database architecture and operations.
• Defining standards for database development, security, availability, replication, storage and configuration management
• Leading the design, integration and maintenance of large databases
• Studying and understanding of business needs, study of data sources/systems and understanding/preparing requirement documents and mapping to architecture.
• Development a complex DB objects (stored procedures, functions, triggers and views) and Development of business applications logic using DB objects that serving reports and screens.

• Responsible for data migration strategy and data migration implementation for huge systems like Migrated data into HGS.Net (ERP Solution for Organizations run by Government) database from various customer data sources like Oracle, Access, Excel, De-limited files, etc.
Accomplishing this task involved
o Study of old data structures
o Mapping between old source data structures and destination database
o Providing GAP analysis at database level
o Transforming data to suit destination requirements
• Created ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading) packages -DTS-in SQL Server to run on a daily basis for providing live Integration feature between some other application at customer and HASIB Applications.
• Designed tables and Wrote scripts to support features that will be introduced in the application at a later phase during Implementation. This was done primarily to satisfy customer requirements until the feature gets available in application. This actually meant tweaking the data to support un-supported application features through database.
• Government/ University ERP Specialist (HR, Payroll and “Expedition And Training System” modules)
• Design, implementation and administration of MS SQL Server databases.
