Legally reviewing CA/IM(s) in order to identify the duly authorized signatories and security/collateral(s) provided and mitigate all legal risks that might arise.

• Provide all the required legal opinions from our business partners to assure the compliance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations.

• To review all files received from Remedial Department and provide a yearly report with regard to such files on the signed charge documents and collaterals.

• Making sure that the documentation of the bank (i.e. FOL, Charge Documents, Mortgage and Pledge Agreements, Huwalat Al Huq) are legal reviewed in order to assure that it is in compliance with the issued approvals and duly and legally valid and enforceable against the obligors.

• Draft and review the rescheduling agreements (e.g. Retail, Recovery and Corporate) in compliance with the approvals issued in this regard.

• Reviewing the Syndications documentation as vetted by the external legal counsel to make sure that it safeguards the bank rights.

• Providing legal advice and legal support.
• Issuing legal notices and prepare a summary of cases and pleading with law office to centime legation.
• Contract legal research where necessary to extend affection and timely legal advice in any legal matter.
• Legal research and advice related to Qatar Law amendments.
• Prepare the labor regulations and ensure that they are in the right place and insight of Employees and Workers.
• Reviewing and drafting the contracts and agreements of the Company such as, Manpower Supply Agreements, Housing Agreements, Lease Agreements and Tenders Agreements.

•Representing clients before Anti-Corruption Commission and Criminal Court Procedures.

•GLOBAL INVESTMENT HOUSE (AMMAN - JORDAN)

• Drafting and reviewing Portfolio agreement.
• Commercial Agreements & Negotiate contracts with vendors.
• IPOs contracts (Supervising the IPO for BINDAR Bond Issuing) (Supervising the IPO for Jordanian Commercial Bank Capital Raising).
• Issuing legal notices and prepare case summary and pleadings with law firms.
• Providing legal support for different departments of the company such as; HR Department, Wealth and Assets Management, all corporate matters, Investment Banking according to Laws and regulations of the Jordanian Security Commission (JSC) and other Jordanian Laws.
• Attendance of court hearings on behalf of Global Investment House Kuwait and Jordan before the Anti-corruption Commission.
• Prepare the labor regulations and ensure that they are in the right place and insight of Employees and Workers
• Authorized signatory on Behalf of the Company class A.

• Drafting and reviewing Portfolios agreement.

• Managing and administrating strategies in relation to Intellectual Property (IP) prosecution and enforcement to international clients regarding Kuwaiti Laws.
• Drafting and reviewing IP, Commercial Agreements, and contracts, other legal documents.
• Monitoring court cases and providing legal support for Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP).
• Providing legal support and consultation regarding all corporate matters for international clients and Abu-Ghazaleh Offices.

• Providing consultation and formulating strategies in relation to IP prosecution and enforcement to international clients.
• Drafting and reviewing IP, Commercial Agreements, contracts, other legal documents.
• Monitoring court cases.
