1. Attend periodical meetings with Managing Partner / President to discuss company's work direction and strategies required to enhance the organization performance and work flow.
2. Report directly to the President about projects progress, performance and milestones.
3. Coordinate site construction activities and timeplan with Construction Manager and his team.
4. Quality Control and Change Management, Validate changes to the project scope and schedule.
5. Supervise data control & project plan to monitor and track progress based on CCPM and TOC.
6. Discuss Feasibility reports and project scenarios.
7. Team development and training.
8. Approve Contracts and Invoice quantities, and technically support procurement department.

Tasks Include:

• Create / Develop Organization chart.
• Create Job Descriptions for project team and conduct interviews for Team hiring.
• Create Initial PM Report including Scope of Work, Project Risks and Breakeven point.
• Prepare Flow charts, Forms and many construction, inspection, and procurement Processes.
• Supervise Project Masterplanning and building Design over the design Consultants.
• Prepare preliminary BOQ, material takeoff and cost estimates for the Design.
• Meet Suppliers and Contractors to negotiate project execution.
• Prepare Request for Proposals and supervise Bidding phase and analyse bids.
• Prepare milestones, time schedule, and progress reports.
• Prepare Logistics, Communication & Stakeholders management plans.
• Prepare Site Mobilization & Demobilization checklists and HS&E guidelines.
• Site Supervision, utilize BIM to coordinate all disciplines and Document control.

Started as Design Coordinator and BIM Leader, then promoted to Design Project Manager, tasks as Design project Manager included: Direct responsibility for coordination of day-to-day project operations according to project plan. Supervise the ‘progress of design tasks' and ensures the proper performance of the Design and the execution of the RFP to meet the client's requirements. Prepares weekly reports pertaining to project control (time, cost and quality) and expedites actions on all decisions that conform to contracts, specifications, standards and approved terms of reference. Communicate project progress reports to the Division manager, Design Director / KSA Business Development Manager and, Technical Manager with his comments on progress and performance results, along with any deviations from the project work plan, schedule, budget and procurement.

Day to day tasks include:

1. Ensure that all project team members are knowledgeable of the project plan, and that the project progress has high visibility to all, and exercises motivational influence to meet schedules, cost and quality standards.
2. Ensure that adequate professional, technical, financial and progress records are kept in all phases of the project and that any deviation is reported immediately to management.
3. Ensure that the ‘design team' has in place all the plans and mechanisms specified in the TOR, including:

a. Project Master Plan and Risk Management Plan, BOQ and progress management plan and project budget.
b. Take corrective measures when deviation from the original plan are noticed and ensures that the project is back on track.
c. Prepare The Quality Management Plan and follow its proper execution during the design and on site.
Support the site construction teams and endorse all decisions and actions that conform to contracts, approved specifications and standards.

As Design Coordinator and BIM Leader, tasks included: Design buildings, Coordinate and supervise design and space programming with consultants and clients from Preliminary design till IFC level, prepare BOQs, prepare presentations, follow up various projects with Design Manager / KSA Business Development Manager, trained over 45 engineers on BIM and Arch Revit software and Navisworks model checking.

Conduct Architectural design and Value engineering for various building types from Conceptual stage till Design Development. Prepare presentations for Client.

College of Construction Engineering and Management

Team Leader and Member of the Graphics Team at the Architecture & Design college for preparing digital presentations using Virtual Reality Technology (Dome) from eLumens. Also elected secretary of the Environmental Design Club at the College of Architecture.
