Working as Network Engineer at Saudi Business Machines SBM a Cisco Diamond Partner, responsible for implementation and physical connectivity of data centers for large enterprise networks such as banks, hospitals and government sector.
Configuring such as Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches
Implementation of Routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF and EIGRP. Implementation of switch and Configuring Vlan, Stp, Rstp Monitoring the network components.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sole point of contact for customers, vendors and end users during project life cycle.
- Builds trust with customer and owns technical side of customer relationship.
- Implementing Cisco Collaboration Solutions and Systems Integration.
- Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
•Trouble shooting network problems in the newly implemented high technology network.
•Access network switches and routers (Cisco 2960, 3560, 3750, 3850, 9300, 9500, 6800) and apply the appropriate configuration to get the network and its connected devices to operate accordingly.
•Support the design and analysis of LAN/WAN/WLAN network improvements and enhancements
•Provide analysis to support performance tuning and capacity planning.
•Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support for network issues.
•Monitor system hardware and software and manage system performance.
•Configure Cisco IP phone in call manager and troubleshooting.
