I cover Middle East, Africa, Turkey & Russia. My main responsibilities are:

• Specialize in the following Oracle Modules: Enterprise Asset Management (eAM), Supply Chain, Contracts, Projects, Primavera and Business Intelligence.
• Study customer requirements and build solution architecture.
• Map customer requirements to best business practices, and prepare industrialized value propositions.
• Creation and monitoring of customer project pilots and proof of concepts.
• Demonstration of Oracle ERP solution based on clients’ requirements either derived from RFP or detailed requirement analysis.
• Manage the delivery of demonstrations/presentations to C- Level customers to articulate, update and promote Oracle ERP.
• RFP/RFI responses from a functional and technical perspective.
• Run seminars and workshops for new product releases and present them at marketing events.
• Maintain an in depth and up to date industry knowledge in Oil & Gas and Utilities, and an up to date knowledge of all relevant customer needs.
• Follow up on accounts present in the pipeline.
• Manage a team of consultants from the following perspectives: quality of delivery, scheduling of resources, optimizing allocated budget, performance appraisal and career path direction.
• Work closely with Oracle product strategy team to build the business (customer) requirements document and prioritize them based on customers needs.
• Agree on products planned release and roadmap strategy with Oracle product strategy team.

My main responsibilities are:

• Support sales team in all endeavours to achieve revenue targets and helping them creating, progressing, expanding Oracle footprint and close deals.

The main three objectives of my work are:
• Open new pipeline for sales force.
• Convince Oracle customer to convert to Oracle total solution (ERP), for example if the client has all Oracle modules except the eAM is in different system.
• Protect Oracle accounts from competitors.

My job is

I offer Oracle customers that implemented Oracle ERP the ability to maximize the value of their investment in Oracle products, including:
• Planning and prioritizing a new implementation or major enhancement to deliver maximum business advantage.
• Post-implementation assessment and next steps definition.
• Steady-state operations cost, quality, speed, and revenue improvement opportunity identification.

My responsibility for Oracle customers is to
• Identifies measurable business value improvement opportunities, based on key business process metrics focused on cost, quality, speed, and revenue.
• Delivers a prioritized, actionable opportunities roadmap to realize business value of Oracle ERP system.
• Provides a proven framework of metrics to track and proactively manage and monitor business benefit realization.
