• Managing Long-Form-Contract
• Oversee day-to-day contract execution, ensuring alignment with client
requirements and refinery standards
• Coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal
teams to meet milestones
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve efficiency
• Provide technical and managerial leadership to support project objectives
• Define the scope of maintenance activities
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to finalize scope
• Estimate project costs (materials, manpower, tools, equipment)
• Create projects plans and schedules
• Track the schedules and costs
• Enforce refinery and international safety standards
• Ensure safe work permits, risk assessments, and job safety analysis (JSA) are in place
• Lead safety meetings and incident investigations if required
• Select, mobilize, and manage contractors/vendors
• Ensure adequate manpower, tools, and spare parts are available
• Monitor workforce productivity and resolve bottlenecks
• Oversee daily progress of maintenance activities
• Ensure quality of work and compliance with Aramco standards
• Conduct regular progress meetings
• Provide status updates to refinery leadership (daily, weekly, and final reports)
• Identify potential risks (delays, equipment failure, supply issues)
• Quickly resolve site issues to avoid impact on the project
• Maintain records of all activities, costs, and technical reports
• Prepare progress, safety, and completion reports

- Coordinate the required scope of work with operations, maintenance, and engineering
- Break down the project into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Develop detailed job plans (work packages) for mechanical, electrical, I&C, civil works
- Define man-hours, resources, tools, and spare parts needed for each task
- Develop detailed maintenance schedules - Identify critical path and key milestones
- Integrate schedules across all disciplines (mechanical, electrical, scaffolding, NDT, etc.)
- Update daily/weekly progress and forecast completion dates
- Estimate manpower requirements by trade (fitters, welders, electricians, riggers, etc.)
- Prepare resources mobilization/demobilization plans
- Optimize resource leveling to avoid clashes or idle times
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for maintenance activities
- Ensure timely procurement of spares, consumables, and tools
- Estimate job costs based on man-hours and material
- Track actual progress against baseline
- Highlight deviations in cost and schedule to the Project Manager
- Organize daily/weekly coordination meetings with discipline leads - Identify risks
- Monitor logistics and critical equipment inspection findings
- Maintain updated schedules, progress curves, and S-curves
- Issue daily progress reports during outage/turnaround - Prepare final shutdown/maintenance completion report

• Repair of pneumatic valve (shut off valve): replacement of O-ring.
• Repair and cleaning of ignitor
• Calibration of burner actuator (tilting)
• Repair of auxiliary damper
• Calibration of I/P (Masoneilan, Siemens, ABB)
• Repair of furnace CCTV camera
• Change and repair of thermocouples & resistance temperature detector (RTD)

• Installation and maintenance of alarm system and des CCTV system,
• Installation and maintenance of CCTV camera system
• Installation and maintenance of switchboard (hybrid Key telephone
system)
